In the Grailz.hu webshop, you can choose from several delivery methods. Delivery options, fees and other important information are detailed below.

  1. Fáma Courier Service (Home Delivery)
  2. MPL Courier Service (Home Delivery)

Shipping Charges

  • Fáma Courier Service:

    • Free delivery : for orders over HUF 50,000.
    • Delivery fee : HUF 1,290 for orders under HUF 50,000.

  • MPL Courier Service:

    • No free shipping available.
    • Delivery fee : HUF 3990.

Delivery time

The delivery time for orders varies between 1-14 working days, depending on whether the product is in our warehouse abroad or in our warehouse in Hungary.

Delivery Area

Our webshop undertakes delivery to any country in Europe.

Package tracking

The package tracking information will be sent by e-mail when the order is confirmed. So you can always track where your package is.
